Scout Snowden

ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Scout Snowden is as an Associate Attorney at Poynter Law Group. Scout joined the firm in February 2024 after completing two judicial clerkships. Scout’s clerkships were with Justice Shawn Womack at the Supreme Court of Arkansas and Judge Lee Rudofsky at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. During these clerkships, Scout had an opportunity to work on cases involving complex business disputes, issues arising under the Arkansas Constitution, medical malpractice, and federal employment and civil rights laws.

Scout earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. During law school, Scout was deeply involved in scholarly activities, serving as an Associate Editor of the Law Review and authoring significant articles. Scout also served as a Research Fellow for the National Agricultural Law Center.
Scout is licensed to practice in all Arkansas state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Scout earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with minors in Legal Studies and Agricultural Business from the University of Arkansas.
