Jake Bequette's Fight - Ballots in Craighead and Phillips Counties are Now Confirmed Wrong

On May 9, 2022, U.S. Senate candidate Jake Bequette's campaign learned for the first time that thousands of voting ballots in Arkansas had misidentified him as "Jack Bequette," and confirmed that at least Craighead County's ballots had this error.
Per our blog entry yesterday, Mr. Bequette quickly fought to correct the problem by filing a lawsuit in Pulaski County Circuit Court to fix the ballots. After that filing, the campaign confirmed that ballots in Phillips County, like those in Craighead County, also misidentified Jake Bequette as "Jack."
Based upon our confirmation that Phillips County had erroneous ballots, we filed an amended petition this morning in Mr. Bequette's lawsuit adding the Phillips County Election Commission and its Commissioners as additional defendants.
