Global Settlement in Thunder on the Mountain Case

After years of difficult litigation that reached from Delaware to California, and to Kansas and Arkansas, a global resolution of the various claims has been reached. For purchasers of various passes to the music festival, and those that purchased vendor booths, a fund of $450,000.00 will soon be available to pay claims.

Considering the complexity of the various cases and that the defendants involved are no longer operating entities and have no assets at all, this is a very good result for the class.

The next steps are that the Settlement Administrator will notify class members of their legal rights, and how to file claims online or through the mail. The Administrator will issue a national press release, email and mail formal notices of settlement to class members, and create a website for information purposes, and more importantly, to file claims against the settlement fund.
