Do You Need to File A Claim in Thunder?

Last year a class action resolution of the Thunder on the Mountain case allowed those that purchased music festival passes and vendor booths to file claims against the settlement by December 21, 2020.

The Court recently approved a process where the settlement's administrator may notify the class members that didn't file a claim that they may do so within 45 days of that notice being sent.

So if you purchased a vendor booth or festival passes to Thunder on the Mountain, please be on the lookout for an email from Angeion Group (the administrator) about your second chance to file a claim.
