In yesterday's hearing before Judge Walkley, Plaintiffs' secured critical evidence for victims of the Prague earthquakes of November 2011.

Judge Walkley's rulings apply to both the Ladra v. New Dominion individual lawsuit for personal injury and property damage brought by Gary and Sandra Ladra of Prague, and the Cooper v. New Dominion and Spess Oil class action brought by Jennifer Cooper.

The class action is being pursued to recover property damages, fair market losses, and emotional harm to those in Lincoln County and its bordering counties impacted by the Prague quakes in November of 2011.

Yesterday's hearing was covered by reporter Alex Cameron of News9, and reporter Lili Zheng Newschannel4.
