Appellate Decision in Thunder Expected Soon

We have been notified that the Arkansas Court of Appeals is currently reviewing the appellate briefs in the Thunder in the Mountain appeal, and also that the Court doesn't need oral argument.

We expect a decision to be rendered on a Wednesday morning (the day of the week the Court of Appeals publishes its decisions) between now and Thanksgiving.
